Auto Dealer improves collections revenue by 63% with Altiam CX

Houston-based Rodeo Auto struggled to keep up with collections and wanted to assist delinquent leasing customers catch up on their payments.

The dealership partnered with Altiam CX to incorporate an extended nearshore team of account representatives who now regularly manage more than 300 cases each, representing 52% of all collections accounts. Altiam CX agents contact customers to encourage autopay options that increase on-time payments and work directly with late-pay customers to enable them to get back on track.
